| Cancellation Policy If you cancel before 30 days of the stay, you will be refunded for 95% of the deposit amount (to cover handling and credit card fees). However, if cancellation notice is given by tenant within 30 days of check in date, we have the right to retain all funds (except refundable damage deposit and cleaning fee) at our discretion. Refunds for uninitiated stays, if any, will be based upon our best efforts to re-rent the property for the same period. |
Deposit Policy All reservations require a 50% deposit unless your arrival date is 30 days or less in the future (in which case, the entire reservation amount, including any taxes, fees and other deposits is required to make the reservation). Also, a $150.00 refundable damage deposit is required - at final payment. This fee will be charged along with the rest of the reservation payment. The deposit will be refunded provided that the following conditions are met: *The Lessee will keep the premises in as good repair as found at the inception of this lease (wear and tear arising from a reasonable use of the same, and damage from the elements occurring without fault or neglect of the Lessee excepted), as at the expiration of lease term. *No evidence or discovery of smoking inside the cabin is detected. *No evidence or discovery of pets having been inside the cabin is detected. *No more than 10 people occupied the property during rental period *All contents of the cabin are accounted for by maid service. *No excessive cleaning is required. Should damages be incurred, Lessor will provide Lessee with written notification and documentation of damages and related charges necessary to restore property to its original condition. Additionally, a signed rental agreement must be returned by email or fax to ensure your reservation. This agreement can be viewed on the main website and will be sent to you following confirmation of your credit card charges. |
