Property Description

The Waikato house has three bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a twin and a queen, another bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a double on the bottom, and another bedroom has a queen.

Property Details

There is one full bath on the 2nd floor and one half bath on the main floor. There is a very large living room with a wood burning fireplace. The living room has a 36" Sony television with DVD and a stereo receiver. All Waikato House guests have full use of the beach and docks at the resort. The house has a gas grill, patio furniture, fire pit and an attached garage. The home is in an incredible neighborhood; many consider it to be the premier neighborhood in the city. The road is very low traffic and there are bike paths for roller blading, biking and walking. Central A/C is provided. The units come equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Guests need to provide their own laundry detergent. Large personal bath towels are NOT provided, but can be provided for a one-time fee of $35.00. Daily maid service is NOT included. Recommended occupancy: 4-8 adults or 4-6 adults with 2-4 children. PLEASE NOTE: THIS HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE HI SPEED INTERNET CONNECTED UNLESS YOU CALL ME AHEAD OF TIME TO CONNECT THE INTERNET FOR YOU!
