The Peace Cottage overlooks Lake Macatawa and a large sandy beach. It is a two bedroom, one bath unit with a full kitchen that includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils and lots of cookware.

Additionally, the cottage is fully heated with a large gas fireplace - perfect for a romantic weekend getaway (Sept - May only). There are also two window A/C units in this cottage. One is located in the enclosed porch and the other is located in the back of the unit. Both A/C units keep this unit very cool in the summer. The Peace cottage requires a minimum two night stay from September thru early June. From mid-June thru late August the cottage is available for WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY! The Peace can comfortably sleep up to 7 people (ideal is 3 adults and 3 children). There are two queen beds, one double bed (futon couch) and a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a twin on the bottom. The units come equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Guests need to provide their own laundry detergent. Large personal bath towels are NOT provided, but can be provided for a one-time fee of $35.00. Daily maid service is NOT included. Hi-speed wireless Internet is provided at no charge to guests. Picnic tables are provided with all units.

| Cancellation Policy We have a strict 90 day cancellation policy. All guests (except wedding reservations) can obtain a full refund** of their reservation deposit, if the reservation is canceled 90 days or more before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within the 90 day window will result in a full refund ONLY if the property is rebooked. **All reservation deposits made with a credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee if refunded due to a cancellation, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. **All wedding reservations will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee (in addition to any other applicable fees) regardless of when the reservation is canceled. ** Weddings require a 120 day advance notice for all cancellations |
Deposit Policy All reservations require a 50% reservation deposit unless your arrival date is 30 days or less in the future, in which case the entire reservation amount, including any taxes, fees, services and other deposits is required to make the reservation. |
