Property Description

The two bedroom Lakeview Cottage is one of our most popular options for families of 4-7. There is a sliding glass door which leads out to a wooden deck with a picnic table and charcoal grill. A firepit is just a few steps away!

Property Details

The main floor features one bedroom with a queen bed, a large bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower and separate full kitchen and living area. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and full stove. There is also a coffee maker, blender, toaster and all of the necessary cookware and cooking utensils to cook for a family of seven. The second story loft is ideal for children and features a walk-in closet with two double beds and two twin beds. Includes a washer / dryer, cable TV, DVD, modern appliances, linens, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, etc. Hi-speed wireless Internet is available at no charge. The bathroom has two sinks. The shower is a walk-in shower, no tub. There is a large closet in the main floor bedroom. The kitchen is full size. The dining room table has chairs for six. The picnic table is good to sit 6 or 7. Firewood is typically provided with the units. It will either be stacked near the fire pit or you will find it stacked in various locations throughout the property. Help yourselves! The units come equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Guests need to provide their own laundry detergent. Large personal bath towels are NOT provided, but can be provided for a one-time fee of $35.00. Daily maid service is NOT included. This unit is NOT directly overlooking the lake. It's set back about 50 feet. However, there is not another unit directly in front of it, so you can definitely see the lake by standing in front of the unit.
