The Mirandy Cottage is a spacious, one bedroom / one bath unit with a sleeping porch. The primary bedroom has a queen bed. The unit includes cable TV, DVD, modern appliances and features a sleeping porch with 4 built in beds.
Property Details
There are two single beds on each side of the porch and then two small narrower beds that also double as benches. The narrower beds are great for smaller children, but will not work for adults. This unit is NOT on the lake, although it is only a few hundred feet away from the beach and boat docks. This unit is surrounded by large oak trees and has a fire pit for campfires and a grill for summer barbecues. The bathroom is very large with a 60" vanity with a granite top. The bathroom is tiled and contains a large 48" shower with an additional shower extension in case you need to give your infant a bath, etc. The kitchen is huge and contains a small lunch bar for the kids. There is a full stove, microwave, coffee maker and place settings for up to eight guests. This unit does not have a dishwasher, nor does it have a washer and dryer. The unit will comfortably sleep 2-3 adults and 2-3 children. See the rates page for more information on current rates! All guests (except wedding reservations) can obtain a full refund** of their reservation deposit, if the reservation is canceled 90 days or more before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within the 90 day window will result in a full refund ONLY if the property is rebooked. **All reservation deposits made with a credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee if refunded due to a cancellation, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. **All wedding reservations will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee (in addition to any other applicable fees) regardless of when the reservation is canceled. ** Weddings require a 120 day advance notice for all cancellations |
Deposit Policy All reservations require a 50% reservation deposit unless your arrival date is 30 days or less in the future, in which case the entire reservation amount, including any taxes, fees, services and other deposits is required to make the reservation. |
