The Tiffany Cottage is ideal for small families or couples due to its size and waterfront location. The unit has one small bedroom, one bath, a combined kitchen / living area and a sleeping loft.
Property Details
The bedroom has a bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. The living room has a very nice queen sleeper sofa, and the sleeping loft contains a king size bed (recommended for older children or adults). The Tiffany Cottage directly overlooks the lake. It also has its own fire pit, charcoal grill and picnic table. There is a nice bench outside the unit for sitting. A small hill leads down to a large grassy area, the beach and the lake! Even though it''s a smaller unit, most families only use the cottage to sleep at night. So it may not be an issue for many. The Tiffany Cottage has a window air conditioning unit on the main floor. The loft has a large fan, although most families say that the A/C unit cools the entire unit just fine. The units come equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Guests need to provide their own laundry detergent. Large personal bath towels are NOT provided, but can be provided for a one-time fee of $35.00. Daily maid service is NOT included. Hi-speed wireless Internet is provided at no charge to guests.

| Cancellation Policy We have a strict 90 day cancellation policy. All guests (except wedding reservations) can obtain a full refund** of their reservation deposit, if the reservation is canceled 90 days or more before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within the 90 day window will result in a full refund ONLY if the property is rebooked. **All reservation deposits made with a credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee if refunded due to a cancellation, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. **All wedding reservations will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee (in addition to any other applicable fees) regardless of when the reservation is canceled. ** Weddings require a 120 day advance notice for all cancellations |
Deposit Policy All reservations require a 50% reservation deposit unless your arrival date is 30 days or less in the future, in which case the entire reservation amount, including any taxes, fees, services and other deposits is required to make the reservation. |
