The unit sleeps 8-11 (depends on # of children, there are nine beds total) and is ideally suited for 5-8 adults and 2-4 children. There are 2 queen size beds, 2 full beds, 2 bunk beds and 1 pull out sofa sleeper. The unit has a spectacular view of Lake Macatawa with the lakefront side of the house devoted primarily to picture windows to enhance the view! Home comes completely furnished, color cable TV, VCR / DVD, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Outside includes a deck, patio furniture and gas grill. Lots of shade, also has a fire pit.

Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 90 day cancellation policy. All guests (except wedding reservations) can obtain a full refund** of their reservation deposit, if the reservation is canceled 90 days or more before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within the 90 day window will result in a full refund ONLY if the property is rebooked.

**All reservation deposits made with a credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee if refunded due to a cancellation, regardless of when the reservation is canceled.
**All wedding reservations will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee (in addition to any other applicable fees) regardless of when the reservation is canceled.
** Weddings require a 120 day advance notice for all cancellations

Deposit Policy

All reservations require a 50% reservation deposit unless your arrival date is 30 days or less in the future, in which case the entire reservation amount, including any taxes, fees, services and other deposits is required to make the reservation.

Rates

Daily Rate: 250 - 450 per night
Weekly Rate: 2500 - 3500 per week
Monthly Rate: 1250 - 10500 per month
