There are also 3.5 baths, two kitchens and a large enclosed porch which overlooks Lake Macatawa. The house is located on the waterfront and includes several picnic tables, a large charcoal grill, a large Weber gas grill, horseshoes and a huge fire pit for evening camp fires! The house is situated on a small hill and features a walkway that leads down to an expansive waterfront deck and continues on to the West dock which features slips for up six boats and offers great fishing for bass, walleye, bluegills, sunnies, perch, white bass and sheephead. The main leve of the house features a large living and dining area which is connected to a three season porch via two sets of French doors.

| Cancellation Policy We have a strict 90 day cancellation policy. All guests (except wedding reservations) can obtain a full refund** of their reservation deposit, if the reservation is canceled 90 days or more before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within the 90 day window will result in a full refund ONLY if the property is rebooked. **All reservation deposits made with a credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee if refunded due to a cancellation, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. **All wedding reservations will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee (in addition to any other applicable fees) regardless of when the reservation is canceled. ** Weddings require a 120 day advance notice for all cancellations |
Deposit Policy All reservations require a 50% reservation deposit unless your arrival date is 30 days or less in the future, in which case the entire reservation amount, including any taxes, fees, services and other deposits is required to make the reservation. |
