The Grist Mill Lodge (Located in Monticello Utah) is a beautifully decorated 11 bedroom Lodge and Guest house, ideal for family reunions or large groups! Sleeps up to 48 in beds.
The Main Lodge features: 7 bedrooms, 8 baths, with 3 lounge Areas, large dining room with screened outdoor bbq patio, and a very large kitchen with all the cooking utinsels, glassware, serving dishes, etc. provided for you.
The Guest House: just a few feet from the main lodge - has 4 additional bedrooms(plus 3 baths). There is also a full kitchen in the guest house.
On the main floor of the lodge you have a large kitchen, entry parlor and sitting room, very nice dining room which seats 18 + people, and a bedroom. On the second level you have a tv room and four bedrooms. On the upper level you have a library/study, and two nice, large bedrooms.
Tastefully decorated with the relics and antiques of the flour mill it once was - including big rollers, elevators, and bagging equipment. You will be amazed and very comfortable here, while staying centralized among more than a dozen state and national parks and monuments!

All cancellations must be made in writing (email preferred, fax or letter is acceptable). For cancellations less than 30 days (cabins) or 90 days (lodges) before check-in date, any and all payments are forfeited, unless dates are booked and paid for again by another party.(“Cabins” include: Ranch Cabin, White Pine Cabin, Clayborn Cabin, Bunkhouse Cabin, Four Corners Loft, Moab Guest Cabin, and Moab Rockhouse, etc... “Lodges” include: Blue Mnt. Lodge, Camp Jackson Retreat, and Grist Mill Lodge, etc...). |
Deposit Policy Any reservation made more than 30 days prior to your arrival date requires a down payment up to 50% of the total rental charges. Reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date require 100% payment to confirm your reservation. |
