Property Details

Stay in your choice of our Reef House Villa decorated in a Reef Fish Motif; Jungle House Villa decorated in jungle animal prints or Beach House Villa decorated in a seashell motif. All villas are decorated with hand made furnishings of native woods. Our spacious Villas all feature French doors leading to patios or decks, A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV, telephones, in-room safes, and tile floors and baths. The villas are dividable…take a one, two, three, or four+ bedroom villa or multiple villas see the rate combinations! The villas are available with options such as full kitchens, kitchenettes, dining/living room, and Queen size futon couch/beds. All kitchens are fully stocked with refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker and dishes. Unlike the all-inclusive resorts, where your food is prepaid in a package, staying in a villa allows you to experience Negril to the fullest by trying the various restaurants along the beach and on the cliffs. With the villas, come a housekeeping staff, gardener, 24-hour security and office personnel. Room service is also available from our oceanfront Beach House Restaurant and Bar which offers casual island dining right on the beach and is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night drinks.
