This group of eight detached holiday villas are owned by the Karayiannis family who wishes to offer traditional Cypriot family hospitality to your entire family in a relaxed, warm atmosphere.

The above prices are in Cyprus pounds (CY£).
Rates are property rental rates per day and week (not per person).
VAT and other taxes are all included in the above prices.
Air-Conditioning charges CY2.50 per unit per day
Maid service once a week.

Airport transfer and car hire are optional services which can be arranged and provided upon request

How to Book
To Book your Aura Holiday Villa in Cyprus, simply follow the steps below:

1 Contact Us to enquire about availability and/or any other information on the villa.
2 We will then check availability and then confirm back to you.
3 Once we have confirmed to you that the villa is available, you will then need to complete our Reservation Form and send it to us.
4 You will then need to send us a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa rental cost. Payments should be made by bank transfer, posted cheques or by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only).
5 Balance of payment is due on arrival at Aura Holiday Villas.


Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until we have received the completed Reservation Form, your deposit Payment and we have sent you our Reservation Confirmation. Should you require any assistance, please Contact Us.

How to Pay
Rates are in Cyprus Pounds. Payments can be made in Cyprus Pounds as well as in Euros or in British Sterling.

A payment of 30% of the accommodation rental is required to secure the property for your preferred dates. The balance of the accommodation rental, taxi and car hire is required on arrival.

Payment can be made by one of the following methods. Please select which method you will use:

Cheque posted to Aura Holiday Villas, Cyprus. Please make cheques payable to "Aura Holiday Villas".
Bank Transfer. Payment can be credited directly to our bank account. Contact us for the details of our account. Please ask the bank to quote the type of accommodation and your surname, when sending the money (by bank transfer only).
Credit Card. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Should you wish to pay by this method please note that there will be a credit card charge of 4.5% of the total payment amount added to the total booking value.
If you select this payment method, a member of our staff will telephone you shortly in order to take your credit card details.


Whilst there is no requirement that you obtain holiday insurance through us, you are strongly advised to arrange suitable cover.
