Our beautiful air conditioned home is situated overlooking the 16th Fairway in the breathtaking and peaceful gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. The house is beautifully decorated throughout with its own private screened pool.

The villa consist of 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. Downstairs is the Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and Bathroom. Family Room with Cable TV, DVD Player and Game Cube. Well equipped Kitchen and Breakfast Nook. Utility Room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. Games Room with Pool, Table Tennis, Playstation 2, Darts and Air Hockey.
Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with Cable TV, Large On-Suite Bathroom and Walk-in Closet.
Two further twin bedrooms which share the third bathroom.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights, this does not vary with the amount of people staying in the house (maximum 8). A deposit of £100 per week is payable at the time of booking.
