MENEHUNE SHORES is a peaceful, oceanfront condo on the ground floor close to the calm sparkling bay of North Kihei. Your patio overlooks the seashore, grassy slopes and over the ocean, along with a distant island. You will often see spectacular wind surfing and fantastic, dramatic sunsets. Humpback whales can often be seen from the condo December through April. In addition to this exclusive serene ocean view, the unit contains ceiling fans in each room, a fully remodeled kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit for convenience.

VILLAGE BY THE SEA ("Kauhale Makai") is a spacious (975 square feet) fully air-conditioned, oceanfront rental on the second floor overlooking trees, ocean and the Maui West Mountains. The living room and BOTH bedrooms enjoy a panoramic view of sea and landscape. You will also see a gorgeous view from the main kitchen counter without seeing other hotels, just the natural beauty of Hawaii. The two outdoor patios are handsomely tiled. This vacation unit contains two color televisions, and a VCR player. On this vacation rental proverty there is a jacuzzi, children's pool, and a putting green.

Rental Policies

$75 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 60 days from the arrival date. All payments are non-refundable if cancelled with 60 days of the arrival.
