The ski fields, Akaroa, Hamner thermal pools and Kaikoura Whale watch make for good day trips. Winter skiing is available 2 hours away at Mount Hutt. Christchurch is known for its major tourist attractions.

On site, off street parking is available. Airport and city transfers can be arranged.
