Enjoy the "real" Hawaii. 3 beautifully appointed houses situated on over an acre of lush tropical gardens with stunning ocean and town views. Only 10 minutes by car to popular ocean beaches and town of Kailua-Kona. Full kitchens, laundry, etc.

Garden House is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private laundry, detached deck with gas BBQ and view of ocean and Kailua-Kona town. Sleeps up to 8 persons in beds. One king size bed, two queens and 2 twins. Full kitchen with all equipment, supplies and small appliances. Very comfortable, light and open floor plan.
Plantation House is 1 private bedroom, 2 sleeping lanais and 1 bath, shared laundry, attached deck with lovely ocean and town views. Sleeps up to 7 persons in beds. Two queen beds, 3 twin beds. Spacious kitchen with all equipment, supplies and small appliances. Polished wood floors; each room painted a different pastel color; very cheerful.
Honeymoon Cottage is one private bedroom with king bed plus lanai area with a qeen bed. Can sleep up to 6 if sleeper sofa is used as a bed. Simply the most charming cottage you'll ever encouter! Open-air, screened windows, unequaled ocean views, private laundry, fully equipped and supplied kitchen, two eating areas, colorful Hawaiiana decor. Private location.

Rental Policy

20% of total required at time of reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards accepted via paypal on website.

Rates are for 2 people. Additional $15/per person per night for over 2.
$100 cleaning fee (non-refundable). 11.42% tax. Minimum stay 3 nights.
