Pensilver is a one or two bedroom ground floor apartment, which is part of Penrose B&B, and can sleep 2/5 people. It can be self catering or B&B accommodation.
As a one bedroom apartment, Pensilver has a large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV with full Sky package, DVD/CD player and a 2 arm chairs to relax on. French windows open onto a patio.
There is a bathroom, with a shower over the bath, toilet and sink.

A fully equipped kitchen also includes double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, table and two chairs (more chairs can be provided).

Linen and towels are provided along with the duvet and pillows.

As a 2 bedroom apartment, there are interconnecting doors from the first bedroom to another large bedroom with a double bed, single bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, TV, DVD/CD player and a 2-seater sofa in the bay window. There is an ensuite, with a shower, toilet and sink. Free Wifi is available in this bedroom.

The garden is for all to share and a BBQ is available. Parking is for one car only.

Electric is also included in the price. There is a computer in the main house which is available for all to use.

Children, dogs and pets are welcome.

There are lots of amenities close by, including local pubs, restaurants & takeaways. Coastal walks, cycling, golf courses, gardens, fishing, sailing and of course The Eden Project. The local beach is a 10 minute drive away and the north west coast is only 40 minutes. Lostwithiel is well placed to explore the whole of Cornwall.

Lostwithiel itself has many antique shops, tea shops, restaurants, pubs, church, golf course, castle, river, parks, boats, museum and train station.

Rental Policies

Bookings are Friday to Friday for self catering. We are flexible for shorter stays. We can arrange for Bed & Breakfast on shorter stays.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Please see our website for weekly prices. A deposit of 100GBP is require on booking and final payment is due 4 weeks before your holiday is due to begin. Bookings are Friday to Friday for self catering. We can arrange for Bed & Breakfast on shorter stays, please contact us for prices and availablity.
