Property Description

A tastefully decorated villa with south facing pool and a covered patio area encompassing 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Situated in a quiet area but within easy reach of all Disney and other major attractions.

Enter the villa into the formal living/dining area this has 2 sofas one of which pulls out into a large bed.
There is also a dining table with seating for 6.
The kitchen has everything you could wish for large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker etc. All crockery and cutlery provided as well as plenty of pans etc. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 3 and a table with seating for 4. A high chair is also provided.
There is a large washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The family room has 2 sofas and a large T.V., DVD player, PS2 and a PC with free broadband internet access. There are a selection of DVD's and PS2 games. There are plenty of books, games and CD's for you to use. There is access to the patio and pool from this room.
The first master bedroom which overlooks the pool has a king size bed, dresser, nightstands and a chest of drawers. There is a TV and clock/radio. The en-suite bathroom has a large bath, walk in shower and twin basins. There is a separate toilet. There is a large walk in closet which is where the safe is located. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, built in wardrobe, nightstand and chest of drawers and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has large bath with a shower, toilet and basin.
There are 2 twin bedded rooms each with nightstand, drawers, built in wardrobe and TV's.
The third bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and toilet. There is access to the pool from this bathroom.
The screened pool which can be heated is 24’x12’. There are sun loungers, chairs and a table. There is a child safety fence and a covered patio area to allow you to take a break from the sun.

In general - we provide all bed linen and towels, pool towels, a high chair and a cot/crib. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

Arrival Times

4 pm onwards.
