Villa Paradis is a newly built three bedroom private property , situated less than one mile from the beautiful sandy beaches of Flic En Flac, on the west coast of Mauritius. The villa has a roof terrace with sea view and luscious tropical gardens.

This property has been furnished to very high standards, with an open spaced living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 twin and 1 double) with access to spacious bathroom with a shower cubicle and separate bath. The kitchen consists of black granite worktop and teak wood furniture and fully equipped with microwave, oven/grill, toaster and cuttlery for up to 8 people.

Fresh linen and bath towels will be provided and a twice weekly maid service will be included as part of the rates.

You will also have access to the roof terrace which has stunning views of the coast line and amazing sunset view. The terrace is furnished with deck chairs where you can sun soak up the sun with total privacy.

Tropical Gardens include banana, mango , lychee and papaya trees which produce fruit most of the year; Ideal for breakfast.

The property boasts front and back terraces all with views of the see and the gardens, ideal for relaxing.

Rental Policies

Refundable deposit of 200 euros and signed rental agreement upon arrival.
