Beautiful lakefront log cabin located within the gated mountain community of Hidden Lake. Home is adjacent to the lakeside boardwalk and common area. Pool and spa overlook the lake. 15 minutes to Lake James State Park in McDowell County, NC.

Property Details

Home is decorated with rustic log cabin furnishings and is 3 levels. Master bedroom and bath are on the 2nd level, along with a large loft area overlooking the great room. The Master bath has a garden tub with separate shower and double vanity. There is a TV located in the Master bedroom. Both the Master bedroom and loft open to an outside deck area, with great views of the lake. There is also a game table in the loft area.

The main level features a guest bedroom, bath, kitchen with center island, dining area that seats 6 and great room with leather furnishings, gas fireplace and TV. There is a screened-in patio area with seating off the dining room, and the great room opens to more outside deck area.

In the lower level are 2 additional bedrooms and full bath. A washer and dryer are available for guests use. The family room here features a large screen TV. Leather furnishings also decorate this room. One of the guest bedrooms opens out to an exterior patio overlooking the lake, as does the family room.

The home is fully equipped with all linens, towels, kitchen items and all the luxuries of being at your very own home. Set in a wooded area, home has a very cozy feel to it, while being situated in a quiet area of the community.

Guests also have full use of all common areas within the community to include: lakeside boardwalk and dock, pool/spa, poolhouse with bathroom facilities, picnic areas, grills, streamside park, and walking trails. Local area information and attractions are provided in the home.

Rental Policies

$100 advance security deposit will be refunded by mail after departure and upon satisfactory inspection of the home. NO PETS/NO SMOKING/NO ATV'S/NO large boats in the lake - only canoes, kayaks or paddle boats.

Arrival Times

No required arrival time. Guests will give estimated time of arrival when making reservations.

Rental Rates

$910.00 to $1,050.00 per week

May-Oct $160/nt plus tax - 2nt minimum.
Nov-Apr $140/nt plus tax - 2nt minimum.
Weekly rate if staying 7nts or more. Holidays higher.
Payment by personal check or cash only.
$100 advance security deposit required.
One-time cleaning fee of $75 applies.
Balance due in full upon arrival.
