A 3 BEDROOM detached VILLA located right in IBIZA TOWN - arranged as 3 apartments: 2 1-bedroomed and 1 studio. Lounges in each of the 2 1-bedroomed units + double sofa-beds. Terraces at each of the 4 levels, including a sunny, private roof terrace.

The Villa is a terrific deal for those who want to be all together in a self-contained group in Ibiza Town. Unlike almost all other villas on the island - which are normally in rural locations, or out of Town, this one doesn't require you to hire a car, or two, to get around. Everything in Ibiza Town is within easy walking distance...with the nearest beach only a minute away! Electric fans are provided and timed heating / air-conditioning to the ground floor duplex which contains the main kitchen, fully-fitted with washing-machine, fan oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is a large table, and chairs in the garden terrace for communal eating-out. There is good privacy from neighbours and street as the Villa is screened by a high wall and foliage with the entrance through a locked door in the garden wall. From the sunbathing terraces - and the roof-terrace, are views over the sea and beyond Town to hills and country. There are sun-loungers and parasols on 2 other terraces.


This is a unique villa in IBIZA TOWN with sea and distant countryside views from the roof terrace which is not overlooked. The location is a residential street only 1-minute from the Figueretas neighbourhood beach of IBIZA TOWN, its cosmopolitan atmosphere and legendary nightlife, so terrific for everything in IBIZA TOWN!
The VILLA sleeps 6 to 10 (3 bedrooms and 2 lounges with double sofa-beds).
The bedrooms have double beds - one bedroom has an additional double sofa-bed + TV (terrestial Spanish and satellite - mainly news channels). One double bed is within a Studio.
1 lounge has a double sofa-bed and 1 lounge has a double sofa-bed and a single bed-seat.
There are 3 bathrooms, one of which is within a Studio. Each bathroom has a wash-basin (hot-and-cold), w.c. and a shower.
The bottom one-bedroomed apartment has heating (only needed in the winter months!) and air-conditioning, timed to cut out in the afternoons and by night. There are electric room fans throughout. 3 irons and ironing-boards are provided.
The ground-floor kitchen is fully-fitted - with gas hob, fan-assisted electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing-machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle + ample cutlery, crockery and glassware. There are 2 additional equipped kitchens (1 in the Studio). The kitchen is within a lounge-dining area but during the summer months, the garden-terrace is a logical extension of this space. The terrace, set in a typical Mediterranean garden is a useful focal point for a group of friends sharing the villa: it has a large table and chairs for 'al-fresco' dining and socialising.There is also a small barbeque.
The 2 one-bedroomed duplex apartments have a curving staircase to the upper level. The Studio has no views but a nice adjacent terrace in a typical Mediterranean garden setting with table, chairs, sun-loungers and parasol. The top, one-bedroomed apartment enjoys good views and is bright, white and airy, with large patio doors - which, from the bedroom open onto a sunny and private roof-terrace which is not overlooked and which has views to the sea and across the Town to distant countryside beyond; also there is a table, reclining chairs, cushions and a large parasol.
There is no on-site swimming-pool but it is possible to use one behind the villa, a minute-or-so away + the sandy beach is only a minute away!
The VILLA is located only a minute's walk from the sandy figueretas beach in Ibiza Town... and there is a little nudist beach, 5 minutes walk away, accessed by a little cliff-side steep path. The Salinas and Es Cavallet nudist beaches are a 20-minute bus-ride out of Town.

Exceptionally for Ibiza, unlike almost all other villas on the island... which are out in the countryside, or more than easy walking distance from Ibiza Town... where hire-cars are essential for getting around, car hire is neither essential or particularly recommended for stays at this Villa which is located right in Ibiza Town: everything is within walking distance! The airport is only 6km away (10-minutes or so by taxi) and the Port is a 10 minute walk. But, if you do hire a car, parking is unrestricted in the street but subject to available space, which during high season, is at a premium, so it would be a miracle to gwet a space immediately opposite the villa.

Within minutes, one can enjoy a truly fantastic choice of shops...including great-value clothing and shoe shops, delicatessens for the full spread of Spanish cheeses, patés, hams and the like, exceptional bread and cake shops..and supermarkets... and the market has the most amazing choice of fish, meat and other spanish goodies but you have to be there in the morning (less than 5 minutes walk away). Ibiza Town has a fantastic choice of restaurants for all budgets and tastes + legendary bars and nightlife options - all just minutes away. Everything in cosmopolitan and fashionable Ibiza Town is walkable to.

Rental Policies

Sorry, but the VILLA is totally unsuitable for children, pets and the disabled because of the stairs, steps and balconies; external steps access the Studio and top apartment. Exceptionally, we have permitted an older, more mature child to stay.

Arrival Times

Changeover day normally Saturday. Other days can be requested but are not guaranteed: supplement applies @ the daily rate of each week broken into. Check-in: normally after 2pm; check-out: midday (if departing on late/night flights it may be possible to stay to 6pm depending on new arrivals.

Rental Rates

GBP 500.00 to GBP 1,780.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Prices for the property are per week, in UK pounds. Minimum stay calculated as 4 days, pro rata. Full payment if booking within 9 weeks of departure; otherwise 25% deposit minimum and balance + a security/keys/breakages deposit (refundable) calculated @ £25 per person all payable by 9 weeks before. A 20% reduction applies to all long-stay winter rates (minimum of 2 months) from 1 Nov to 31 Mar. On occasions, it may be possible to rent only 1 or 2 apartments within the VILLA (there are 2 1-bedroomed apartments and 1 studio comprising the villa) - Studio@ 75% reduction and 1-bedroomed apartments @ 50% reduction. £100 per week reduction applies to villa bookings made 21 days before, April to October only.
