Two bedroon New England Vacation Cottage located on a a bluff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A private screened-in porch leads to a cozy pine-paneled cottage with a full kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, dishware, and cooking utensils. Cottages are newly renovated, and offer air conditioning, heat, cable TV, internet access, phone, and gas grills but all retain their classic style. The Seagull complex features two full size heated pools, a children's wading pool, and hot tub. Located on US Route 1 (1413 Post Road) between the resort towns of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport, we are less than a mile from Well's Beach.

Rental Policy

One (1) night deposit for reservations of less than 1 week

Two (2) nights deposit for 1 week reservation

Deposit must be paid on day reservation is made

Damage deposit $250.00 upon check in

If cancelled 2 weeks prior to schedu
