Property Description

Located just 24 miles from Yosemite National Park and a few minutes from the Hotel Charlotte. We have a two bedroom, three full bath vacation rental condo located at Pine Mountain Lake, less than 2 miles from the Hotel Charlotte.

Property Details

Besides the convenience to Yosemite, the condo is a short walk to the country club and golf course, we are across the street from the 5th hole. Pine Mountain Lake also has a stables and small plane airport open to the public.

The condo is a perfect choice for those who will be working in the Groveland-Pine Mountain Lake area for an extended stay. With a short drive to the Hotel, our popular pancake buffet breakfast is always included in the rate.

The condo has a good floor plan for maximum privacy; multi-level with plenty of open space. However, if you have difficulty with stairs, this unit is not for you, please consider staying at the hotel in our 1st floor room instead.

This vacation rental is fully stocked with linens, towels, soap and shampoo, a clothes washer and dryer (bring your own detergent), dishes and dish washer, coffee and coffee maker and all your kitchen cooking, appliance and utensil needs. Bring your own firewood for the fireplace, charcoal for the grill and food.

Deposit: The condo requires the first night rate deposit plus a $200 security deposit at the point of reservation. The balance due will be collected when you check in. Security deposits are returned within 24 hours of your departure following our housekeeping and inventory check.

Cancellations: We understand that sometimes your travel plans will change. All cancellations will incur a $45 processing fee. Please let us know within 15 days of your arrival date if you need to make changes. If you must cancel with a shorter notice, you will forfeit your first night deposit, your security deposit will be refunded.

Cell Phones: There is very limited access for cell phones in Groveland. Verizon does work best, but isn't always 100%. We recommend you pick up a calling card before you head up the hill. Calling card calls (800) and local calls are free to make from the phone at the Hotel. There is no phone at the condo.

Check in/Check out: We ask that you schedule your arrival time with us. Checkins for the condo are handled through the Hotel Charlotte, 18736 Main Street, downtown Groveland. We will escort you to the condo and do a walk through together. Check out time is 11:00 am to turn in the keys and parking pass at the Hotel Charlotte.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at the Condo. There are several pet friendly accommodations in the area, if you are traveling with your pet, let us know and we will make recommendations to those properties that do allow for pets.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the condo. Please us the patio or balconies to smoke. A cleaning fee of $100 will be deducted from your security deposit if this policy is not respected.
