Rental Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure a your reservation.
Booking Conditions:
One (1) night deposit is required for stays from one (1) to five (5) nights.
Three (3) nights deposit is required for stays from six nights or more.
The balance of the accommodation will be charged upon arrival at the hotel.
In the event of a cancellation or no show, a fee of 20% will be charge for short stay and a 50% charge for longer periods. If notice is not received 14 days in the winter and 7 days in summer, prior to arrival.
All cancellations should be in writing (i.e., letter, fax or email).
