Our Guest house has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath. Comfortably sleeps 8.

BR3 - 2 Twins & a Double bed.

Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, bed & bath linen provided, air conditioning, ceiling fans, wireless internet service, cable TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player, charcoal BBQ pit, boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys for your enjoyment and plenty of parking.

Managed by on island owners. We will provide the personal attention you need to make your stay with us as pleasant and relaxing as possible.

5 minutes from Rafael Hernandez Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla.

90 minutes from Luis Munoz Marin Airport (SJU) in San Juan.

Jobos Beach (just 2 minutes away) offers an interesting combination of mild waters for snorkeling, perfect for families, and an aggressive surf perfect for surfers.

Punta Borinquen Golf Club in nearby Aguadilla (just 10 minutes away) is open to the public, offering the islands least-expensive green fees.

Rental Policies

1.CHECK-IN AFTER 3 p.m. AST and CHECK-OUT BY 10 a.m. AST. NO early Check-ins. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time.
2.This is a NON-SMOKING house.
3.We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4.DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT-A damage/reservation deposit is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied towards rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a.No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b.No charges are incurred due to contraband or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c.All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in trash cans outside gate, and soiled dishes are cleaned.
d.All keys are returned.
e.No linens are lost or damaged.
f.NO early check-ins or late check-out.
g.The renter is not evicted by the owner or the local law enforcement.
5.PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments in the form of travelers checks, money orders or personal checks payable to Yvette & Donald Creach or you can send an electronic payment using PAYPAL. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due (30) days before your arrival date.
6.CANCELLATIONS – A (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
7.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to (8) persons. An additional charge of $10 per person per night for guest in addition to (8) will be assessed.
8.THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than (2) nights, the guest will be charged the (2) night rate.
9.INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen set-up.
10.NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While bed and bath linen are included, daily maid service is not available. We do not permit linens to be taken from the guest house.
11.RATE CHANGE – Prior to reservation rates are subject to change without notice.
12.FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13.WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14.HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
a.The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or
b.A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
a.Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b.Any unused portion or rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
c.Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
