Welcome to La Lavande du Plein Soleil (lavender in the full sun), your vacation home in the heart of the Vaucluse valley in the charming, enchanting and legendary Provence region of southern France.

A short walk outside the center of Sarrians, a charming typical Provence village dating back to the tenth century, La Lavande offers a relaxing respite in an idyllic location.

Twenty minutes from Avignon, thirty from Arles and Orange, one hour from the Mediterranean, two hours from Nice, La Lavande is centrally located in an area of Europe packed with recreational opportunities. History, museums, architecture, antiquities, hiking, bike riding, equestrian centers, tennis, golf, nature preserves, Mediterranean beaches, gastronomy, wine tastings and vineyards, local markets, and shopping (did you know that the denim fabric we all wear came originally from Nimes?. That's why it's called denim: de Nimes: from Nimes). All of these are available to you at La Lavande.

Of course, if a quiet day by the pool is what you need, that’s available too. La Lavande is wonderfully private and insulated, with a cornucopia of roses, palm trees, cypress, jasmine, eucalyptus, iris, fragrant lavender, and more, all surrounding the private four meter by eight meter pool.

The house consists of an open living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, den/office area, and living room. It also has a queen bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom, toilet and bathroom. French doors open onto a terrace which leads to a summer kitchen and barbecue and the pool. The guest house, facing the pool has a queen bedroom with a table and two chairs, a shower and toilet, and its own terrace with table and chairs.

Amenities include microwave oven and automatic dishwasher and coffemaker, high speed internet and clothes washer, TV with DVD player and CD player. Parties are limited to six persons.

Rental Policies

parents with young children are responsible for keeping gates closed around pool.
