LOUNGE AREAS
Three gorgeous seating areas offer plenty of spacious living. The large comfortable Family Room with 2 large sumptuous sofas and 2 comfy armchairs is ideal to relax in during the day or evening with an armoire housing an entertainment center with a large-screen cable TV with surround sound, DVD and VCR player, Hi-Fi Stereo with Tape and CD decks, Digital Tuner and MP3 port, plus plenty of books, games, CDs and DVDs.

For entertaining guests or some quiet time, why not sit in the stunning 'Formal' Lounge on either the luxurious sofa or love seat and relax in comfort. Alternatively why not spend time in the versatile Den, reading, watching a movie, playing one of the many board games, surfing the net on the computer or testing skills on the PS2 Games system

POOLSIDE
During the day, enjoy our South facing sun-drenched Pool and extended deck or shaded terrace with a range of comfortable deck furnishings, surrounding our large sparkling-clear 30 x 15 ft. pool with optional heating. A fabulous 28 jet Hot Tub/Spa is just right for soothing those aches after a busy day. The pool areas has a variety of safety features to protect children and young infants should you need it. The pool bath facility avoids the need for dripping bodies to trek through villa.

GAMES ROOM
If that's not enough, then why not take the time to enjoy the spacious 'Games Room' that's been provided, with a Pool Table, Foosball Game Table, Electronic Darts Board and Air Hockey Table or sit at the bistro table and watch others compete whilst sipping a cool drink.

DINING
Dining in or out is easy at Treasure Trove Villa. Prepare a family feast or a quick snack at our fully equipped kitchen, with Bar table and stools and choose to eat at the Nook with 6 seater country cottage style table, Dining room with a magnificent 8 seater table and chairs or al-fresco by the pool on the comfy deck furnishings. Or if you prefer someone else to do the work - why not eat out at one of the many restaurants and eateries just a couple of minutes away at Champions Gate.

SLEEPING
Sleeping at Treasure Trove is as comforting as can be, with a grand four-poster sleep-soft king-size bed in the master bedroom, a mirrored dresser, twin nightstands with lamps, telephone and a clock/radio alarm. Also a beautiful armoire with 27-inch cable TV, chaise longue and bed bench adds a luxurious touch. The master bedroom also has a magnificent master bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored raised vanity basins, a roman tub, step-in shower and toilet, with luxury fittings plus a huge walk-in closet.

The ensuite second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed, dresser with cable TV, twin nightstands with lamp, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, walk-in closet space and a master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, step-in shower/bath and toilet.

There is a third ensuite queen-size bedroom on the ground floor with ample closet space, nightstands, a dresser with cable TV, walk-in closet space and an ensuite bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, step-in shower/bath and toilet.

The two twin bedrooms are perfect for adults or kids, as both have comfortable adult size twin beds, night-stand and lamp, dresser with cable TV, and closet space. Both share a 4th family bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, toilet and bath/shower.

DEN
Finally, the luxurious sectional sofa in the Den can be converted to a queen-size sleeper as required. The spacious Den area is another great place for the kids or adults to enjoy - with armoire, 27-inch cable TV, PS2 games system, DVD and VCR player, PC with high speed internet access, TFT monitor and printer, plus a range of books, DVDs, Games etc.

EXTRA FEATURES
Special touches in the villa include 9-foot 6-inch ceilings, vertical blinds to all windows, plus beautiful window dressings, kitchen and vanity units in rich maple wood, a range of furniture and wall decorations to give a 'lived in' feel and ceiling fans with central lights for additional comfort. Arrival Times

Arrival from 4.30 p.m. on the arrival day. Departure by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rental rates vary with the periods, which in turn link to demand and key holiday times. The most expensive are the Peak periods over Christmas, New Year and Easter. Key holiday times such as Thanksgiving, School breaks and high summer are High Periods. Dates when it is cooler are the Low periods and the rest are Regular Periods.

A 25% Reservation Deposit is required.
Also a 25% Security Deposit which will be returned in full if no damage has occurred.

Pool heat is an optional extra and is recommended from the 31st October to the 31st March. If requested, the cost will be included in the quote.

A Hot Tub/Spa is available and optional use is charged at a daily rate.

A complementary gas BBQ is available and is FREE provided it is cleaned after use.

The final balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival, inclusive of all options requested. Should the booking be made within the 12-week period, the full rental amount is due immediately, plus the security deposit.

Cleaning is FREE for all stays of 7 days or more. A Cleaning Fee will be made for bookings of less than 7 days. Cleaning can also be requested mid-stay at the same cost.
