The culmination of almost a decade of dreaming, planning, and collecting, our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium offers everything a family needs to enjoy the perfect vacation – a breathtaking view, casual yet elegant West Indies-style furnishings, 650 feet of sugar-white beach, and Location, Location, Location! One could easily be tempted to spend their entire vacation here on the private balcony that overlooks the Gulf! From our 17th floor vantage point, you can enjoy miles and miles – as far as the eye can see – of deep blue and emerald waters. No matter what the time of year or day. The greatest treat of all awaits you at sunset – never quite the same scene from day to day – the symphony of colors provides a true feast for the eyes.

Decorated for the beach - but feels like home!
The task of decorating our second home has truly been a labor of love. We have chosen a collection of colors inspired by the beach at sunset – blue, green, yellow-gold, coral, and, of course, crisp white. The West Indies-style décor complete with wicker furnishings and accented by sisal rugs has been carefully selected to evoke a relaxed island feel. For its beauty as well as its practicality, we have selected ceramic tile flooring for the living/dining area, kitchen, bathrooms, and halls. For its comfort (especially for bare feet stepping in and out of bed), we have chosen off-white carpet accented with flecks of nutmeg to cover the floors of the bedrooms. The open living/dining area offers three places to eat: a round dining table with four chairs, a kitchen bar with three padded bar stools, and a coffee table with four cushioned seats that slide and “hide” underneath it. The master bedroom sports a king size bed, while the second bedroom contains two twin size beds. Both bedrooms have their own TV/DVD.



The beach is waiting for you!
The 650 feet of private beach speaks for itself! Adults and children can play in the sand or the surf to their hearts’ content or simply relax while soaking up the rays of the sun. There’s absolutely no need to spend your vacation dollars renting one of the beach chairs or umbrellas that are available – we have an umbrella and two chairs, complete with beach towels, here in the condo for you. Located on Front Beach Road, Majestic Beach Towers is located conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and fast food, golf, fishing, scuba diving, and theme/amusement parks. However, we wouldn’t be surprised if you decided to just park your car in your designated secure, covered parking spot and never leave the facility! Majestic Beach Towers offers the following, all on the premises: six pools (2 large outdoor, 2 large indoor, baby, and wading), fitness center with steam room and sauna, two hot tubs, tennis courts, movie theatre, convention center, and several grills and snack bars.
