Property Details

Come stay in our 1500 sq. foot condo while we're away! We'll leave everything there for you, just the way we like to have it for ourselves. You can use the grill, lounge by the heated pool or relax on the balcony while you enjoy the fabulous view of Indian Shores' intercostal waterway. You can fish off the pier or cross the street and use our beach chairs to lounge on the beach and enjoy our most prized commodity - the prettiest sunsets in the world.

We offer two bedroom and two bathrooms in this modern, spacious and professionally decorated condo. The living room has an 18 foot sliding door-wall that leads out to the balcony and lets in abundant light all year 'round, not to mention the view. The floor plan is open with no divisions between the dining room, kitchen and living room. The biggest advantage of this floor plan is that you have direct water views from any of these rooms!

The master bedroom is appointed with a King-sized bed and matching
bedroom set, two walk-in closets and vaulted ceilings. The master bathroom is equally as spacious and features a double vanity and plenty of storage. But the most prominent feature by far is the twenty feet of windows with unobstructed water views! Waking up here is not something you'll soon forget...

The second bedroom has two twin beds, it's own TV, dresser and two
windows to let in the sea breeze and our famous Florida sunshine.

The kitchen is very luminous, large and well furnished with anything you might need. The cookware is top quality and the appliances are all new. All the little things are there, too, so you'll never miss a thing while you're in this home away from home.

We also allow our guests to use our two-car garage, a hard-to-find amenity. Feel free to bring two cars or your car and a boat - it'll probably fit! It's two cars long so we've even had a stretch limosine in there before! You'll also find the barbeque grill there, beach chairs and umbrella and beach toys for you to enjoy while you're our guests.

So you've been to the beach, out on the casino boat and charter-boat fishing. You've rented jet-skis, done windsurfing and parasailing already and still have a little more time to stay? Be our guests! You sure won't run out of things to do. Golf is abundant and excellent. We don't need to tell you about the theme parks, only that they are but a day-trip away. Busch Gardens is less than a half-hour away and Orlando (where you'll find Disney World and Universal Studios, Sea World and quite a few more attractions) is about 90 miles away. That's just to name the biggest ones - St. Petersburg and Tampa have so much to offer in the way of culture, nightlife and entertainment we can't even begin to mention it all here.

Minumum stay - 7 days

10% discount for stays of 28 days or more.

25% required to confirm a reservation, remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.

5% discount for payment in full at time of reservation (min. 60 days prior to arrival)
