The condo (# 311) faces due west, so spectacular sunsets over the Pacific Ocean are the norm. Rental Policies

One half of total due to secure reservation with remaining one half due 90 days prior to arrival. In general one week minimum stays. Shorter stays will be considered by owner.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rate $2000/wk; $2500/wk during X-mas season. Add 11.425 taxes, one time $145 cleanout fee and refundable $500 Security deposit.
