Rental Policies

Daily Rates vary from $250.00 - $285.00 and monthly rates are from $2800.00 - $3000.00. There is a 12.5% sales tax, a $100.00 cleaning fee, and a $400.00 security deposit, and a $35.00 processing fee.

Rental Rates

$1,400.00 to $1,600.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Cancellations must be made 90 days in advance to receive a full refund. If you try to cancel within the 90 days of your reservation you will forfeit your security deposit. If Cancellations are approved by office inside of the 90 days, you will lose $85.00 of your security deposit as a processing fee. We understand that sometimes medical emergencies arise and will work with you the best that we can.

Security deposit of $400.00 dollars is expected at reservation. If the office has approved the unit as pet friendly, the security deposit increases to $600.00 dollars. This will reserve the room. The rest of the payment in full is due 90 days ahead of the reservation. We accept credit cards, checks, or money orders. All utilities are included in the rental price. The telephone service however is local calling only, for long distance you will have to have a calling card or credit card to make the call.

Other fees with renting unit: there is a 12.5% sales tax, a $100.00 cleaning fee and a $35.00 processing fee.
