Enjoy a beautiful view from our lanai looking over the pool and grounds to Mt Haleakala, plus ocean views from our bedroom and all windows.

Upgraded with air conditioning, plush carpeting, new furniture, lamps, appliances, ceramic tile, cabinets and counters, oversized mirrors and white fixtures, our Maui condo offers you all the comforts of home. Even includes all new bedding and towels. A fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to make a full meal.

You will find Kamaole II Beach to be an ideal swimming beach - no rocky shoreline or sharp coral bottom! It's also great for snorkeling and sunbathing... or refreshing walks along miles of sandy shoreline. Combined, Kam I, II and III beach parks stretch nearly a mile. Ocean temperatures range from 75 to 83 degrees. Beach park amenities: Lifeguards, restrooms, showers, volleyball court, picnic tables, and grills, children’s playground, and grassy areas behind the sand; perfect for family outings with young children.

Rental Policy

Rates are based on double occupancy.
Additional guest $10 ea. Max 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children).
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival, 60 days in high season.

7-14 nts $ 85/nt .. 15-21 nts $ 80/nt .. 22-27 nts $ 80/nt .. 28 + nts $75/nt.
HIGH SEASON - December 15 through April 14:
7-14 nts $115/nt .. 15-21 nts $110/nt .. 22-27 nts $100/nt .. 28 + nts $95/nt.
Rates quoted: Double Occupancy, US Dollars, plus tax - Additional guests $10 each.
$300 deposit required within 7 days for securing reservation ($600 for 28+ days).
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival in low season – 60 days in high season.
