Fully furnished ground floor apartment . Linens, dishes,pots/pans/towels...just bring your personal items. Close to area attractions like Ski Beech where you can ski, ice skate. Rock climbing, hiking, gem mining, Fall leaf gazing, lots of antique shops,golf, tennis, scenic byways, Blue Ridge Parkway,Tweetsie Railroad,Blowing Rock. I send a packette of brochures when you book your reservation to acquaint you with some of the areas offerings and a map of Beech Mountain. Pets are welcome. Damage by pets are your responsibility.
Apartment has 3 bedrooms with a sleeping capacity up to 8, i.e. 1 full bed, 1 queen bed,set of bunks and 2 twin beds. Full bath. Private entrance. Ample parking.Kitchette includes full range, small refrigerator. Large screen TV plus lots of movies for nights that you want to stay in, games for the kids,air hockey table. Large deck with rocking chairs to watch the local population pass by...deer, chipmunks, woodchucks.....you never know what will wander by.

I accept paypal if you wish to pay by credit card or personal checks, money orders. Deposit ($100) due at time of booking,Balance of payment + damage deposit due at checkin. NC tax does apply to rental. Pet fee of $50 is nonrefundable. $100.00 damage deposit refunded at checkout if no damage found.
Flying in? Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Tricties at Johnson City are all within 1-2 hour drive. If you want pickup service from airport ,please tell me and I will arrange to meet your flight. Additional $50 fee for pickup at airport.

Rental Policies

Checkin at 9am,checkout 4pm. Damage deposit refunded after dwelling is inspected. Cleaning fee required at checkin. NC tax applicable. Please feel free to call for further information.
