Situated in a quiet forest setting with a beautiful mountain view, this Colorado condo rental at Snowscape at Wildernest is located 70 miles west of Denver near the towns of Dillon and Silverthorne. Lake Dillon and the ski areas of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Vail are within a short drive. Bordering Arapahoe National Forest at the base of Buffalo Mountain, hikers and cross country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in the Gore Range.

There are great biking opportunities throughout Summit County for the hard-core mountain biker or the paved path cruiser. Our condo is on the Summit County transportation line (The Summit Stage) for easy, free access to all ski areas and shopping. We are a short drive to the huge outlet mall, Target, a large grocery store (City Market), and many great restaurants.

Professionally cleaned for each guest, our condo is tastefully furnished, clean, quiet, and smoke free. The Snowscape Clubhouse with Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna make any season a great time to visit.

Our condo has 2 Bedrooms (both with Queen Size beds) and 2 Bathrooms, so up to 6 can sleep here comfortably. Both bathrooms have full size tubs with showers. The front door of the condo is on the first floor, and the entire condo is on one level. The deck off of the living room is one step down to the ground. The condo backs up to a national forest - not another condo - so the view is spectacular. Our condo also includes the following amenities: Cable TV, Wood Burning Fireplace, Complete Kitchen, Large Dining Area, Cookware, Microwave, Range, Disposal, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, DVD & VCR. We provide the Bed & Bath Linens. We do not permit smoking or pets in our condo.

Deposits & Fees
Refundable Damage Deposit of $150 required at time of booking.
Full payment must be received 4 weeks prior to stay.
$150 Damage Deposit will be returned 2 weeks after departure, pending no damages or losses were incurred during stay.
$85 cleaning fee added to all rentals
Cancellations
Cancellations are refundable in full if cancellation is received 30 days prior to your stay or if we are able to book those dates with another party.
