This 3700 square foot, split-level home, constructed in 2003, is the perfect spot for your Lake Marion vacation.

Located on a quiet cove, this waterfront property is just moments from the "big water" on the lake's desirable south side in historic Eutawville, SC. Large enough to sleep up to fourteen people comfortably, the floor plan includes four large bedrooms, two up and two down. The upstairs includes a master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bath with a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and easy access to the second upstairs bathroom. Downstairs bedroom one also has a queen-size bed and bedroom two has two double beds. There is also one full bathroom downstairs as well. Finally, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

There is an extra queen sized bed downstairs in a small private room adjacent to the laundry area.

The home is tastefully decorated and is fully furnished. The gourmet kitchen and large living area on the upper level open onto a spacious deck overlooking the cove.

There is large backyard leading to a private dock. The house is within walking distance of the full service Lakeside Marina (formerly the Cypress Shores Marina). This facility offers a boat ramp, dockside fueling, bait and tackle shop, and a restaurant.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Memorial Day through Labor Day - Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday only.

All other times - Rate is $300/nt with a two night minimum.

$300 Deposit Due at Time of Reservation.
This becomes a fully refundable Damage/Security Deposit upon arrival.

50% Due 60 days before arrival.
Balance due 14 days before arrival.

Bed and bath linens are available for a minimal fee.

There is a $75 cleaning fee.

All rentals are subject to a 5% state sales tax, a 2% state accommodations tax a 1% Orangeburg County Capital Projects Tax.
