Rookwood, our superb, immaculately maintained 4 bed/3 bath executive villa, is located within the sought after community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club in Central Florida.
A luxurious and spacious home with a fantastic view over the golf course and within easy walking distance of the Clubhouse restaurant and bar.

Rookwood is large enough to sleep 8 people in comfort.
Our private swimming pool is screened to keep out insects, but still allow the sun to shine on the pool all day and it has a superb view across the golf course.
Pool heating is available and this is recommended for the winter months between October and March.
There is an extended sun deck with a newly installed hot tub which has adjustable temperature, adjustable jets, waterfall and coloured lights.
Cushioned patio furniture and sun loungers are also provided.
All cutlery, crockery, bed linen, towels (including pool towels) are supplied.

Southern Dunes is a peaceful, private, gated community on a beautiful PGA 4½ star golf course (modelled on St. Andrews). Recently ranked number 6 in Florida. Our community is conveniently situated off US Highway 27, about 7 miles from junction 55 of the I4, less than 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and about 1 hour from the beaches of the Gulf Coast. Busch Gardens is about 1 hour’s drive away.
Community facilities include 3 communal swimming pools, tennis/basketball courts, fitness suite, children’s play area and golf shop. There is also a fishing lake. The community is gated for your added security, the gates being manned 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.

The clubhouse has a bar and a restaurant, which serves breakfast and lunches at reasonable prices. A takeaway service is available. There is also a children’s menu.

Supermarkets (24 hour Wal Mart), Winn Dixie, various shops, Blockbuster video/DVD rental, restaurants, banks, petrol station are situated just outside the gates.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates are weekly for the rental of our villa, not per person.
Rates include 12% tax.
