Property Description
Markwell Farm Cottages are two 18th century barns converted into 4 cottages sleeping between 2 and 6 people. They are located in a quiet position on a working farm in South East Cornwall.
Property Details
The Stable, which sleeps 2 has a double bedroom with a stylish four poster double bed and shower room upstairs. The living area downstairs has a well equipped kitchen, sofas, tv, DVD along with dining table and chairs.
The Shippen, which sleeps 4 has a double and a twin bedroom. The double has an ensuite shower room. There is an additional shower room also.Each bedroom has a balcony.Downstairs has the same as The Stable but to accommodate 4 people.
The Granary, again sleeps 4 with a double and a twin bedroom. This cottage has a shared shower room. The well equipped living room is on the same single level as the rest of the cottage. There is a balcony on the living room.
The Dairy is the largest cottage, sleeping 6.There is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, a double bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with full size bunk beds. There is a family bathroom. The living area again is similar to the other cottages. The Dairy is on a single level.
All the cottages have shared gardens with patio furniture and bbq. parking is by the cottages.
Arrival Times
After 4pm on Saturday. Departure by 10am.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Payment of £100 at time of booking. Balance due a month before the holiday.
Minimum stays of 1 week between Easter & end of October, starting on a Saturday.
