The apartment is in Hells Kitchen, a delightful neighborhood on the west side of mid-town Manhattan. Hell’s Kitchen is the ‘dormitory” for Broadway and is full of life and creative peoples. It is very safe, as Broadway is close. As a matter of fact everything is close and walkable: subways, shopping, and theater, great restaurants, the Hudson River Park, Central Park, museums and much more.

The apartment is one bedroom/bath and is very well decorated and stocked with quality amenities. You also have the benefit of our “concierge” neighbor who assists you in your stay in Manhattan. There is wireless high speed Internet, cable, large screen TV, DVD, VCR and stereo, everything to make your stay comfortable, safe and fun.

Please let me know if you are interested. Our best dates are Dec 15, 2006 to May 15, 2007. We prefer a multi-month tenant. These dates are flexible and we will try to accommodate the preferred tenant’s needs.
