We invite you to make our oceanfront, ocean view,condo at Molokai Shores condos your home away from home when you travel to "The Most Hawaiian Island" of Molokai. Our well maintained and affordable 'Molokai 207' accommodation at Molokai Shores condos is ideally located along the island's sunny southern shoreline just over a mile east of Kaunakakai. Our fully furnished condo features a living room with a Queen sofa bed, telephone, cable TV, plug-in and wireless DSL internet access, DVD player, a combination radio and CD/tape player, and ceiling fan. Our condo also has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a full size bathroom with tub, shower, and vanity, and a bedroom with a Queen size bed, and a ceiling fan. Our condo also features a full length retractable shade screen on the lanai. The shade screen allows you to control the amount of morning sun entering the unit without obstructing the ocean views. And, our second-floor location in the "A" Building at Molokai Shores condos provides the best access to the ocean breezes that help the unit to stay cool.

The private lanai at our condo at Molokai Shores condos provides a wonderful ocean view extending seven miles south from Molokai across the heart of the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary to the island of Lanai. Our view also extends east from Molokai across the ancient Kaloko'eli fishpond and the Kaholi Channel towards the island of Maui. The beach is only a hundred feet from our lanai and is easily accessed from our condo. Our unit is located on the southern coast of the island often called "The Real Hawaii" because it still possesses its original rural character and friendliness.

Molokai Shores Condos is the only major condo facility in the Kaunakakai area of Molokai. Amenities include a swimming pool, laundry facilities, a florist shop, a barber/beauty shop, free parking, a golf putting green, shuffleboard, a picnic area with gas and charcoal barbecues, and benches for reading and taking in the ocean view. The Molokai Shores condos facility has four acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with an expansive grassed area leading to the beach and ocean.

Rental Policies

Reservations are confirmed when a $200 non-refundable deposit is received with balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit Cards, personal checks and money orders are acceptable for deposits and payments. Personal checks are only accepted if received at least 30 days prior to reservation. If making reservations within 30 days of your arrival payment will be required in full by credit card or money order only. Cancellation of a booking at any time after Confirmation has been issued will result in forfeiture of the $200 deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of paid rental amounts unless Property is re-booked for the same period and at the same rate of the initial booking. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. A Credit Card number of guest is held on file for all reservations in case of damage, missing items or excessive use. A Security Deposit is required if payment is made by personal check or money order. All bookings are finalized by a professional management agent located in Molokai, Hawaii and are subject to the terms of the management agreement covering the condo unit.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

DAILY RATE.....Year Round - $90 per night.

WEEKLY RATE.....June 1 to August 31 - $480 per week ..............September 1 to May 31 - $560 per week

MONTHLY RATE...Year Round - $1,750 per month.

Minimum Stay is 2 Nights. Tax on rental charge is 11.42%. One-time cleaning fee is $65 Check-in time is 3 PM HST and Check-out time is 11 AM HST. $200 Deposit Required To Confirm Booking. Full Payment Due 30 Days Prior To Arrival. All Bookings Finalized By Professional Management Agent Located In Molokai.
