Our super 4 bedroomed villa is situated on a small private complex with swimming pool in Belek. The villa is within walking distance of the local shops and a bar/restaurant. The nearest beach is the new Kadriye public beach newly opened this year

Our super 4 bedroomed villa is situated on a small private complex with swimming pool in Belek, 20mins from Antalya airport.

The lounge is comfortably furnished to seat eight people. Satellite TV is available (limited channels) DVD player with a large selection of films, a playstation for the children and a selection of board games and cards. A small terrace is accessible through the patio doors and is furnished with table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you may need, and includes microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all utensils.
Toilet facilities are available on this floor.
The second floor consists of a bathroom, one double bedroom with private balcony furnished with small table and two chairs to enjoy the morning sun, and 2 twin bedrooms.
The third floor has a twin bedroom which leads directly onto the large roof terrace. (For safety reasons we recommend that unsupervised children do not sleep in this room)
The roof terrace is furnished with patio furniture and has an outside shower.
There is a further small kitchen on the roof terrace with a small electric grill/oven and a 4 burner gas hob. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are located here.

The villa is within walking distance of the local shops and a bar/restaurant.
The nearest beach is the new Kadriye public beach which has been newly developed in 2006. It is approx 2km away, a short 5-10 minute drive.

There are 6 Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive of the villa and guests are welcome at these.

The Antalya to Alanya region is becoming one of the most popular areas to holiday in because it is one of the special places in the world where the sun shines over 300 days a year.

The ski resort of Saklikent is less than 2 hours away by car with fantastic skiing from December to April. The mountains are worth a visit at any time of the year for their spectacular views over the coastline. There are numerous historic sights in the area and many natural wonders also.

Also the other benefits of the region are that within less than 2 hours you can:

Reach the spectacular mountains of Taurus.
Go for a picnic in a canyon by the river.
Go fishing on the sea.
Visit the Ancient Roman cities.
Swim at the blue flagged beaches while the snow is still at the peaks of Taurus Mountains.
Shop till you drop in the local markets that are all along the coast.
Go for a night out to the centre of Antalya, Side. Alanya or any other of the larger towns, where there are more then 1000 restaurants.
Enjoy all the outdoor pubs and night-clubs.
If you think that is not enough why not go for skiing which is only 2 hours away and you can ski 4-6 months a year.

It’s also Turkey’s liveliest holiday spot with attractive palm-lined streets, beautiful parks, restaurants and nightlife.
The Antalya Kaleici Marina, is considered by many to be the loveliest marina in Turkey. You can spend hours wandering around its many souvenir shops, relaxing in the friendly cafés and restaurants, and watching the yachts bobbing gently at their moorings. It’s a beautiful spot, flanked by the snow-capped Taurus mountains and during the months of March and April you can ski in the morning and golf or swim in the afternoons. How’s that for a full and satisfying holiday?
We recommend you take some time to explore the Belek region’s history. There are many ancient ruins and mythical stories connected with the area. A favourite is the story of the monster Chimera, who spewed fire out of his mouth and lived in the mountains to the west of Antalya. The fire that can still be seen rising from Mount Olympus is said to come from the mouth of Chimera.

Non returnable Deposit of £100 per week required on confirmation of booking. Prices quoted are for up to 4 people in the villa per week. Additional people up to a maximum of 8 charged at £25 per person per week. Up to 2 children under 12 free if more than 4 people.
