Old converted fisherman's cottage in centre of the village. It sleeps 6 + cot in 3 double bedrooms.The house has three floors and not suitable for people who cannot climb steep stairs. Fully heated and equipped. Pets allowed. 100 yards from harbour.

The cottage is in the well known Duck St in the centre of the village, close to local shops, pub and parking.
A very popular location with families due to the safe beach and many local attractions. An hour's drive to the Eden project, 20 mins to Lands End or St Ives.Also nearby is the Minack theatre.

The cottage has an open fire but is also fully heated. Bed linen is supplied, but no towels. Fully equipped in every way - DVD, video, tumble dryer etc.

Rental Policies

£50 security deposit against damages/loss of keys.

Arrival Times

After 3.30 on a Saturday.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
