For a month's vacation or a business trip, my studio apartment is ideally situated in midtown Manhattan on the Westside. Facing the private enclosed gardens of the building it is incredibly quiet and relaxing yet central to everything.

My condo is on the second floor with a secure patio which opens onto the central gardens.
It is very quiet with a large studio room and separate bathroom and kitchen, and yet is only 3 blocks from Times Square with all its theaters and easy walking distance to Radio City, the museums, Lincoln Center and Central Park.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, range and fridge with ice-maker.
This apartment is ideal for two people who are happy to share a room but do not want to share a bed as the main studio has a queen size bed and a double sofa bed. There is also a dining table and chairs, TV, VCR, music centre, phone, fax and hi speed internet.
All towels and linens are provided and there is maid service before and after your stay. There is a laundry room just down the hall.
A subway stop on the corner links you to all major lines and on the direct line to the JFK Airtrain station.
Rental Policy
A payment of $400 confirms your booking. ($200 refundable security deposit and $200 of rent) The balance of the first months rent is due 60 days before your stay, and for subsequent months rent, each 30 days after that.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
One month minimum stay.
The rent is $2450 per month for 1 - 3 months and then
$2150 per month after 3 months.
Cleaning charge $50
Refundable security deposit of $200
