Zion West - Southern Utah Luxury Vacation Rental Home! Great golf accommodations or ski lodging, this Southern Utah vacation home is just minutes from St. George Utah and Zion National Park. This weekly vacation rental house is also great for a home base for skiers with Brian Head Ski Resort about an hour and a half away or for those wishing to visit Las Vegas (about 1.5-2 hours drive).

Wake up to spectacular views from all rooms! Just minutes from everything; Dining, Golf, Water Sports, Hiking, Skiing, Biking and so much more.

Zion West vacation home was created for families to rekindle relationships in a setting that showcases God’s magnificent creation. The luxurious accommodations and distinctive style will etch a place in your heart. Our desire is to exceed our client’s expectations and earn the privilege of repeat and referral business.

The master suite features a whirlpool bath and walk-in shower with three shower heads. The master bedroom has two large walk-in closets. A private seating area is ideal for reading, watching the sunset or just enjoying the in-home music system.

The home comfortably sleeps eight to ten, with three bedrooms, a luxury sofa-sleeper and two sleeping futons. The gourmet kitchen has everything you will need for casual dining to holiday banquets.

St. George Airport is serviced by Delta through Salt Lake City & Skywest or United through LAX. Las Vegas (approximately 1 ½- 2 hours drive) is serviced by most major airlines from most major U.S. cities.

SEASONAL HIGHLIGHTS:

WINTER: The unusually mild climate in Southern Utah makes Zion West the ideal lodging location for hiking, golf, skiing, Mt. biking and the not-stop activities associated with the town of St. George. Zion canyon develops spectacular snow capped peaks and if you're lucky enough to be there just after a storm clearing you might see some interesting ice formations in the shady canyons. When you return home enjoy the winter sunsets as you dine. Then soak your day's activities away while taking in the dramatic night sky giving a new definition of star gazing!

SPRING: Spring is probably the best kept secrets in Southern Utah. The climate is ideal for all of the outdoor activities mentioned above. The waterfalls in Zion can be incredible! The desert returns to a lush green as barren trees come to life. Long days with mild weather make for some of the best Mt. biking in the world! The skiing is often at its best as well.

SUMMER: It's vacation time! All outdoor activities mentioned (sans skiing) above are in full swing. Strenuous activities can be done in the cool of the morning, in the shade or in the higher elevations which are abundant. You won’t want to miss the warm days and evenings relaxing in the pool and spa taking in the breathtaking scenery. If you are a boater of any kind, there’s two lakes within 5-10 minutes of Zion West or for a day excursion Lake Powell, arguably the worlds most beautiful lake, is a couple of hours away.

FALL: Fall is our personal favorite time of the year. The autumn colors in Zion are a photographer’s dream (search ZionWest Photo Gallery link). The park is empty and you can actually drive right to the trail heads if you wish. Depending on your timing, the higher elevations have large aspen groves light up the mountains like flames from a fire. Outdoor activities are especially refreshing when the crisp days hint of winter to come. Day trips don’t require air conditioning and mid-day golf is often played with little or no wind. The mid-to-later-day provides enough warmth to take full advantage of the swimming pool. The sunsets are especially vibrant and tend to come right at dinner-time. Local wildlife is more visibly foraging for their winter stash as the days draw shorter.
