games, books, and movies. The lovely condo has a veranda in front, faceing the Ocean, off of the Living Rm. and Dining Rm. Dining rm seats 8 comfortable, with a wicker sofa and love seat in it also..Living room has a TV. and 3 piece sofa set,
There are 4 spacious bedrms..master bedrm has a King bed, the 2nd bedrm has a queen bed and a single bed, 3rd bedrm has a double bed and a single bed and a regular sofa, and the 3rd has some sturdy twin size bunk beds. Linens are provided. The condo is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in all the rooms. The first 5 gal of bottled water is supplied it has a electric dispensor of cold and hot water. Soaps/shampoo/anti bact liq. hand soap, 1 roll paper towel. tolit tissue.
Our maid comes in 3 days in a week,except Sun. to do the dishes, mop the tile floors and make the beds.
Smoking is on balcony Only!
Rental Policy
50% down with balance 30 days prior to arrival.
91 or more days prior forfeit $100. 61-90 days prior to the rental date forfeit 50% of deposit. 30-61 forgeit all the deposit. Within 30 days no Refund.
