One of the first homes built in Moab, Cali Cochitta is a late 1800's Victorian home, restored and renovated to its original classic style. Relaxing and comfortable ambiance with eye pleasing accomodations and gardens.

Located in the heart of spectacular "Red Rock" country, Cali Cochitta (Aztec meaning "House of Dreams) is secluded from traffic and noise, yet is just a short walk from shops and activities. One of the first homes built in Moab, Cali Cochitta is a beautiful adobe brick late 1800's Victorian home which has been restored to its original classic style. There are three large guest rooms, an Attic suite located inside of the Main Inn, and two private cottages adjacent to the Main house, all with private baths and A/C. TV's with cable and VCRs in everyroom. VCR library located inside of the Main Inn in the foyer. 100% cotton bathrobes, 1200 thread count sheets adorn every bed as well as comfortable pillow top mattresses and down comforters. A full upscale breakfast is accompanied by freshly ground coffees, fresh juice, and homemade specialties.

The generous porches are a perfect place to enjoy an early morning Southern Utah sunrise, and the patio and gardens provide numerous places for guests to relax. A hot tub is also located in the gardens for guest use.

Nearby are the many Parks and activities for which Moab is noted. Catering and special event hosting are available. Rates: Season (March - October) $110 to $145. Off-season approximately $20 off the season rates. Extra person adult $15, children $10.

Rental Policies

Cancellation Policy: 14 days advance notice minus $10.00 handling fee per room cancelled. If within 14 days, 50% of the nightly rate is retained unless we are able to rebook the room (less $10.00 handling fee). Day of cancellations: 100% of room rate is retained. Please inquire regarding cancellation policy when renting the entire house.

Reservations Confirmation: We will confirm your reservation within approximately 24 hours. Availability of a particular room is usually accurate, but please wait for your confirmation.

Season: March 1st to October 31st
Off Season: November 1st to February 28th

Additional Information: Check-In Time is 4:00 - 6:00 pm on the day of your reservation. You must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. No pets are allowed in rooms.Sorry, no smoking allowed inside the Inn or Cottages.
