Palm House is a prive 14 unit building that is located right on the Atlantic Ocean. The complex in located in New Smyrna Beach. New Smyrna Beach is full of old whirl charm and is located on Central Florida’s east coast, the New Smyrna Beach area consists of 13.2-miles of sandy beach with an additional 24-miles of pristine coastline at Canaveral Seashore Park. As the closest beach to Central Florida’s theme parks and attractions, New Smyrna Beach is an idea Florida destination. Visitors escape the long lines and high prices of Central Florida to a relaxing and inexpensive stay on this magnificent coast.

The average temperature of 74*F allows for year-round sunbathing, swimming, surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing and fishing. The strip of ocean off New Smyrna Beach is one of the safest in Florida, not only for accomplished surfers to rip up the waves, but also for sun bathers to soak up the rays.

This unit is located in a centrally located area, close to all of the historic shops, fine dining, and entertainment. If you want to enjoy the beach and the beach life, this is a great place to start!

Rental Policy

Compliance with Rules and Regulations : Renter shall take all reasonable steps to see that he/she members of his/her family and other occupants of the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises. Failure to do so may lead to the forfeiture of Security Deposit. The occupancy of the Premises and the use of community walkways and common areas shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10:00PM. Your Security Deposit Will Hold Your Reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the Premises and/or contents thereof. A. All deposits and prepaid rental monies shall be placed in a non- interest-bearing escrow account. Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations booked than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full at the time of confirm the reservation. B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so by written notice at least ninety (90) days prior to the rental date, his/her deposit shall be refunded less an administrative fee of $50.00. ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE IN LESS THAN NINETY (90) DAYS FROM DATE ARRIVAL SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Daily rates from $178 - $215
Monthly rates from $2700 - $2900

Security deposit of $400.00 dollars is expected at reservation. If the unit allows pets the security deposit increases to $600.00 dollars. This will reserve the room. The rest of the payment in full is due 90 days ahead of the reservation. We accept credit cards, checks, or money orders. All utilities are included in the rental price. The telephone service however is local calling only, for long distance you will have to have a calling card or credit card to make the call


Other fees with renting unit: there is a 12.5% sales tax, a $85-100.00 cleaning fee and a $35.00 processing fee.
