Nestled in a quiet country setting of Newport, RI, our charming 1898 Ginger Trimmed Country Victorian is minutes from beautiful Newport beaches, cliff walk, mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, golfing, shopping on famous Thames Street, all attractions.

Enjoy a peaceful night of rest away from the activities of downtown in our quaint, comfortable country rooms.

Each room has air conditioning and ceiling fans, 2 rooms with full bed, one with queen bed,& privat deck & private bath in room, 2 full baths, all on 2nd floor and decorated in relaxing country colors and furnished with country and Victorian style family antiques. All Linnes supplied.

Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, and supplied with all needed dishes, pans,utensils. Dinning area & living room with TV/DVD.

Very large back yard & great country view with furnished sunny patio, shaded fountain area, wicker furnished front porch for relaxing.

Convience Store, Liquor Store, Tennis, & running track within walking distance. 2nd beach 15 minute walk, 3 minute ride. Restaurants, attractions & Downtown a 4 to 5 minute ride.

Our comfortable, home-style surroundings make guests feel right at home and keep them returning year after year. For your convenience, wireless Internet access, so bring your lap top and parking is always free.

Rental Policy

Located in very nice residential area so this is not a party house, an outside noise ordinance of 10pm will be respected. This rental is for 6pp only extra $20 a day for pet. Cancel one (1)month prior to check in for refund minus $100 paper fee. No refund for early check out.

Arrival Times

Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. Short term winter rental, Nov - April can be flexiable.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Nightly weekdays/weekends house rental $400 with 2 night minimum, 3 nights on Holiday weeks/weekends plus $75 cleaning fee.

Weekly April - Oct. $2000 + damage dept and $100 cleaning fee.

Short Term Winter Rental Nov - April $1500 plus utilities & 1 month damage deposit.

Weekly 50% deposit plus $350 damage dept. return 2 days after rental check out by mail baring no damage. Balance due 30 days prior to check in by check. Cancel one (1)month prior to check in for refund minus $100 paper fee. No refund for early check out.
