Beautiful large 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the deeded rights community of Punta Gorda Isle. Only minutes away from the famous Fishermen's Village. Only 20 units in the condo complex, 10 in each building. This unit has a fabulous waterview.

Property Details

The waterview faces the SW so you get great sunsets from the very over-sized, screened lanai. There in a great community pool and hot tub. With only 20 units, the pool and hot tub are never crowded. The unit in completely air-conditioned and heated. Two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, ice maker all included in the unit.

Rental Policy

Only one renter per month. Deposit(50%) required at contract signing and balance due 30 days before rental begins. A refundable damage fee $300.00 due 30 days in advance. If a concellation is necessary, full deposit is refunded if we can re-rent the unit.
