Old World Charm and Hospitality for weary travelers and visitors to our region. We are situated in tranquil leafy surroundings on historic Cameron Hill in the Newcastle suburb of Hamilton.

Property Details

Hamilton Heritage B & B is an early 1900 brick and stucco Californian Bungalow featuring Edwardian windows, high ornate ceilings and original timber surround fireplaces.
Our rooms are light and airy and very comfortable beds allowing restful sleep. Each room has its own en suite, other features are fridge, tv, tea/coffee facilities, filtered water, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, air conditioning for your comfort with overhead fans.

Two of our rooms feature queensize beds and our third room features a double bed and single bed making it ideal for family stays the ensuite to this room features a spa for relaxation. The room also has a sofa and ample room for an extra fold away bed.

For those who are interested in sport war are central to all sporting venues and the Broadmeadow Race Course is within walking distance from our door.

Dining out is such a pleasure in Beaumont St, know as the Cosmopolitan Dining Centre of the Newcastle area, with its smörgåsbord of restaurants, cafes, boutique pubs and coffee shops.

Newcastle offers beautiful beaches, foreshore walks, historic discoveries and wonderful parks to wander in or bike ride.

Extreme sports are available for the not so faint hearted and a host of galleries for the art lovers. Fancy a trip to the famous Hunter Valley and sample the delights on offer, vineyard tours, cheese and chocolate tasting, hot air ballooning. Guided tours are available pick up from door.
How about Dolphin and Whale watching just a 40 min drive to beautiful Port Stephens or join one of the many guided tours leaving from the Stockton Ferry Wharf an 8 min ferry ride from the heart of Newcastle and upon your return you can wine and dine on the beautiful harbour at one of the numerous restaurants.

So many things to do and see or just relax and unwind it is all at your finger tips when you stay with us. Maybe you would just like to get up close and personal with our wonderful wildlife we can organize with our local rangers to cuddle a Koala.
