CONDO AMENITIES: The condo sleeps 1-4 persons. The bedroom has a king-sized bed; the living room has a queen sofa bed. Both beds have quality firm mattresses. An openable soundproof window in the bedroom provides a quiet night's sleep for sensitive sleepers. Inside the condo is your own washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board, quality snorkeling gear (with seven fin sizes) ice chest, and all the linens you will need. There is a picnic basket stocked with plastic dinnerwear. Ceiling and tower fans in the living/dining room and bedroom cool you while you enjoy the fragrant tropical air. A FREE reserved parking space (located in the parking lot immediately behind the building) is available for your use. LOCATION IN MAUI: Only 30 minutes from the airport in sunny Kihei, (Click on Map of Maui and Directions to Kihei in the sidebar) the condo is centrally located for easy access to all the interesting things you have planned for your Hawaiian vacation. Whether it is snorkeling, shopping, golfing, windsurfing, touring the island, or just relaxing you will find it close by. A wide selection of restaurants, from very casual to upscale, are within walking distance.
LOCATION IN THE KIHEI AKAHI COMPLEX: My condo is located in the Haleakala (D) building which is considered the most desirable of the complex's buildings because of it's distance from the traffic noise of South Kihei Rd. Even though at the back of the complex, the distance to the beach is only a short 3-5 minute walk.

SUMMER RATES: 4/16/2008 to 12/20/2008 MIN. 4 nites* see below). 1-6 nts. -- $88 per night. 7-13 nts. -- $82.00 per night. 14-27 nts. -- $78.50 per night. 28 + nts. inquire.
HOLIDAY RATES: 12/20/2008 -- 1/ 5/2009 (MIN. 10 nites* see below). 1-6 nts. -- $120. 7-13 nts. -- $110 a night. 14 + nts. -- $100 a night.
Exit cleaning charge of $70 is in addition to above. Rates are based on double occupancy. First child (in addition to two adults) under 16 is free. Each additional person is $10 a night. Maximum number of persons is four. All rates are subject to additional Hawaii taxes of 11.42%. All quoted rates and taxes are in U.S. DOLLARS.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
A $250 deposit must be mailed within one week of the booking to secure the reservation. The balance must be RECEIVED 60 days before scheduled arrival. A receipt will be provided for all monies received.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Deposit less $50 is refundable if cancellation is received at least 60 days before scheduled arrival. If cancellation is at least 30 but less than 60 days before arrival, deposit less $100 is refundable. If cancellation is less than 30 days, a penalty may apply. Cancellation of HOLIDAY SEASON reservations that are made less than 60 days before scheduled arrival are subject to penalities.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES: Cancellation penalties will only apply if the condo is not able to be rented for the reserved period and the cancellation occurs less than 30 days (60 days for HOLIDAY SEASON) before the arrival date. Every effort will be made to rent the condo but finding another client on short notice is usually very difficult. The penalty shall consist of the rate times the number of days that the unit is not able to be rented during the reserved time.
*MINIMUM NITES: Reservations for less than the minimum nites specified will be accepted only if they can be fitted between already booked reservations OR if arrival date is less than 30 days.
