Area attractions are: Ojo del Buey or otherwise known as The Ox's Eye, is a wonderful family recreation spot. Dorado Del Mar Golf Club was designed by Chi Chi Rodríguez back in 1998. La Casa del Rey Museum is a sobering celebration of Puerto Rico's culture and history. Arecibo Observatory boasts a 1000 foot dish that scans the cosmos in search of the undiscovered. Area: Villas de Costa Mar's vacation rental is located in a newly constructed ten apartment complex right across the street from the beach. The rentals are second floor walkups in a gated secure location with a balcony, rooftop terrace, private parking with all the amenities of home. The Dorado del Mar Beach & Golf Resort, Embassy Suites is just a short distance from these second floor walk-ups. The Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort & Country Club is also minutes away. Sleeping Arrangements: Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in living room.

2. This is a NON SMOKING unit and smoking is not permitted at Villas de Costa Mar!
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, One load of laundry is started.
d. All keys and remote control to gate should be handed over to property manager.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. NO Early check-in or late check-out.
h. Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure.
i. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by My Complex.
